27- At Hidden Treasures Art Gallery at the Palisades

Wendy Drews

Currently for sale on my E-Commerce website and at the Hidden Treasures Gallery. I want to say less about the Nyack Art Walk Event from 2019. My goals are to release this work I created for that show. I release the smallest work first and happy that I overcame the fear of release of this work back into the world. At the artist reception I met many new artists and curators who were very good people. I feel Rockland county should know the truth about facts and community crime within time. Truth always prevails and catches up. I am happy that I became a member of ACOR which stands for The Arts Council of Rockland.

This visual artist was very proud to be a part of the Nyack Art Walk in 2019. This was part of her series for the art event. This particular piece 27 represented a peaceful place in nature. The shiny silver was perfect as it symbolizes airplanes as does the photography placed on metal. This piece is very powerful as it represents a time and place long gone. Being captured and immortalized in this artist’s vision it lives forever. 27 was the title of this piece as it represents a false facade of what people think. Thoughts, belief, & truth are subjected to perspective. But, the truth will always be the truth. A fun fact; 27 is the only positive integer that is 3 times the sum of its digits. In a prime reciprocal magic square of the multiples of 1/7, the magic constant is 27. conjecture"), a starting value of 27 requires 111 steps to reach 1, more than any number smaller than it.
