Museums, Cities, & Art Galleries

I always wanted to travel for work, love, life, experience, and adventure. But, it wasn't until 2016 that I got my passport and that was to runaway. Ladies, always remember this, "Don't let a man with no passport tell you that you are the most beautiful woman in the world!" Anyhow, I cherish my time back in college but I was so poor that the government required me to fill out on pink paper WTF! They couldn’t actually F believe how I survived and I had to write to them that nobody knows how we survive or how I even survived alone with two little kids. Nobody ever cared for me bought me anything and the financial abuse was so severe that at time we starved. Social services only helps the ultra religion groups and minorities in this county in MetroNYC. Now, I did try to go to dental school and to be fair I did receive food assistance but Fall 2011 that stopped and the lady went crazy on me. She said the system had errors and how college was a luxury and a car. But, I didn't even have a car in my name it wasn't my car. Then she says we are cutting everyone I had $26. I can't begin to tell the ways my family and I survived and made it here. But, I wanted to write about how college helped me survive. We took trips, went to the city, many museums, and art galleries. So, this is to celebrate the experiences and places we traveled to which yes we were required to go as students. On a rare occasions my son's could go with me they loved being a part of these events and trips usually they were in school though so I was solo. So, this is to celebrate my academic activities and travel. To stay in college I always made the Dean's List and won scholarships I had zero help. In Orange County being displaced a couple bought me my digital amateur Canon camera so I could finish the photography program. I don't know them but I wrote them a letter maybe I will publish it as I love to write.

It was surreal for me my 1st ever public art gallery event connected to the Boston Museum of Photography. In which I think I saw this place just outside of Boston when I was 21-22? Someday I will write about my many trips to Boston. My Dad wouldn’t let me go to college there when I started applying when I was 17-18 years old.

There is amazing community here and if you walk closer to the East there is an amazing pirate ship playground for kids. This is a very hipster area and very artistic place.

The gallery here Jane Peck Gallery is amazing.

My assignment was to watch a documentary called Human Flows.

I wrote an amazing poem after watching this film. When I left my husband he said to me F you go live like a refugee then. At the time I was homeless with both my son's the court system failed me and I was illegally evicted from my apartment by a realtor and his sister.

Mohawk Mountain House New Platz, N.Y. 11/26/17

My Dad bought me brunch here and hiking tour. I was a day tripper here everyone flipped out thinking thinking that I actually paid the high rates here IDK what it is but somewhere between $800-$1,000 per night. As a guest I wanted to take my son's ice skating here and have hot chocolate courtesy of the resort. But, the co-parent refused to drop them off here and went insane about what I was doing here. It was a once in a lifetime chance to do something fun and nice for my son's after all between his control and the legal abuse we were still homeless. We were blacklisted nobody would help us and the Judge stole all my child support arrears $120,000. 4 months we had nowhere to live. It was hard and the woman’s shelter refused to help they said we were no longer victims and that a transgender woman lived in the safe house and that it was too dangerous for my son's. I wonder how she would feel if she knew they turned us away because of her?
