I am very grateful for this company existing and giving me the freedom to give me an outlet for my artist books and ideas. This is an expensive hobby but it's not as expensive as doing nothing and not following creative dreams. Most people who jump into this industry unrepresented ,unsigned, and having no editor or publisher will make no money. You have to really want this as you do it all alone. I am a little sad Blurb company stopped using a certain paper due to the pandemic and supply levels going extinct. But, so many creative artists complained about the high pricing of this paper. I miss it though and I hope they bring it back someday.
I started creating when my beloved cat Mila died at the end of 2020. I created through trauma and experiences that I never deserved and for fun. Always document everything no matter how insignificant it all adds up in the end of the game. Most importantly don''t listen to anything but your heart.
